MESSAGE FROM the FOUNDER
Helping You Find Your Path, Build Confidence, and Thrive
Your strengths. Your goals. Your future.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to find meaningful work, discover their strengths, and live a life that feels fulfilling and manageable. My passion is helping people uncover their potential, find careers they love, and develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
At Spectrum Help Coaching Services, I provide personalized coaching to help individuals find meaningful employment, navigate executive functioning challenges, and take greater control of their lives. Whether you're exploring career possibilities, looking for a job that fits your strengths, or struggling with organization, planning, and follow-through, I'm here to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Helping You Turn Your Potential Into Progress
With my extensive experience supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, I understand that traditional approaches don't always meet everyone's needs. My goal is to help you identify what works for you, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your unique life and goals.
For five years, I served as Director of Workplace Readiness at the nonprofit Autism Works Now, where I created the Workplace Readiness Workshop. This program equipped adults with autism with the essential skills needed to find and maintain employment. I developed a practical curriculum that could also be used by anyone navigating the job search process.
I'm proud that several program participants went on to secure permanent employment, and through my individual coaching, I've helped clients find and sustain meaningful work. Seeing people recognize their abilities, overcome obstacles, and build more independent and fulfilling lives is what makes this work so rewarding.
I also co-authored a book about the Autism Works Now program, now available in a revised and expanded edition, to help make these valuable workplace-readiness resources accessible to even more people.
My Mission Is Personal
My commitment to this work comes not only from professional experience but also from being the parent of an adult son with autism.
My son, Jacob, was diagnosed with autism at age three. Throughout his life, I've been dedicated to ensuring he has the support, opportunities, and resources he needs to succeed. When he became an adult and graduated from high school, I saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find support services that truly met his needs.
That experience strengthened my determination to help individuals and families find the quality of support they deserve. I know how important it is to have someone who sees your potential, understands your challenges, and believes in what you can accomplish.
Your Journey. Your Strengths. Your Success.
Inspired by Jacob, I founded Spectrum Help Coaching Services to provide thoughtful, personalized, and effective support for people navigating career decisions, employment challenges, autism, ADHD, and executive functioning difficulties.
You don't have to figure everything out on your own. Together, we can identify your strengths, work through challenges, build practical skills, and create a path toward the life you want.
Whether your goal is to find a job you love, find your community, feel more organized and in control, or build the confidence to take your next step, I'm here to help you move forward.
You have potential. You have strengths. Let's discover what's possible for you.
