A message from the Founder, Susan Osborne

My passion is helping others find their passion, and I love helping people find a job that they'll love!

I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with autism and ADHD to improve executive functioning challenges so they can feel in control of their lives.

For five years, I was Director of Workplace Readiness for the nonprofit, Autism Works Now, where I created the Workplace Readiness Workshop. The program was tailored to help adults with autism learn the skills needed to get and keep a job, and the curriculum I created can be used by anyone to aid them in their job search. I'm proud to say that several of our program participants went on to secure permanent employment. I have also successfully coached clients who have gone on to secure and sustain meaningful employment.

I also co-authored a book on the Autism Works Now program that has been published as a revised and expanded edition -  click on the link below to order your copy.

My passion for helping others has a personal connection to my life. I am the parent of an adult son with autism who was diagnosed at age 3. Throughout his life, I have dedicated myself to making sure Jacob had what he needed. After he became an adult and graduated from high school, I saw that more times than not that the quality of support services that were available to him were average at best.

With Jacob as my inspiration, I created Spectrum Help Coaching Services with the goal of providing high-quality, effective support services to help people find meaningful employment and to help individuals with autism and executive functioning challenges live their best lives.
